Human Learning Systems, LLC (HLS) is an Atlanta based company. The company’s core mission is to provide comprehensive education and training services to youth. As a small business contractor, our focus is threefold: on the Youth that are served in workforce development and other programs (including the Job Corps program), the Employees that serve them and the Technology Systems that support them both.
